To book and pay online, yes: you log in with your email without leaving the page, with a password or a link sent to your email. To request a suggested plan or a package, your name and phone number are enough, and we message you on WhatsApp.

When your booking is confirmed, we show you the provider and the meeting point. Every provider in the guide has a valid National Tourism Registry (RNT) when the law requires it.

It depends on the business: for some tours you pay on the website, with secure Bold payment, and for others you pay on site on the day. Each tour says so before you book.

No. When you pay online, we hold the payment until the service is provided and then transfer the business its share.

No. The guide charges a commission paid by the business; your price is the same.

Yes. Each tour shows its policy before you book: Flexible, 100 % refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before; Moderate, 100 % up to 5 days before and 50 % up to 24 hours before; Strict, 50 % if you cancel up to 7 days before.

If the provider cancels or the weather or the water level do not allow the trip, we refund 100 % of what you paid. Check the weather today and for the next 7 days (in Spanish) before choosing your date.
