Questions about gift cards
Which tours can it be used for?
Any published tour paid online through the guide: boat tours, pontoon, kayak, fishing, lodging and more. It can't be used on tours paid on site.
How long is it valid?
One year from purchase. The exact date appears on the gift card.
What if the tour costs more or less than the gift card?
If it costs more, the gift card covers part of it and the rest is paid online. If it costs less, the balance stays on the gift card for another booking.
What happens if the booking is cancelled?
Whatever was paid with the gift card goes back to it, according to the tour's cancellation policy.
How is it used?
When booking, under "Do you have a code or a gift card?", enter the BONO-XXXX-XXXX code and apply it.
