An independent guide to the Topocoro reservoir
We bring together in one place what you need to know to visit the reservoir: what to do, where to stay, where to eat, how to get there and where to book, with payment on the same website. We do it from Santander, with reviewed information and real photos.
How we choose operators
- National Tourism RegistryWe only publish providers with a valid RNT number when the law requires it, and show the number on each tour.
- Safety on the waterFor boat services we review the documents, the insurance policy and the safety equipment.
- We remove what doesn't complyA listing leaves the guide when those requirements are no longer met or we receive serious reports.
From your question to the service: the path of a booking
- You ask usYou only deal with the guide's team, in the chat.
- You book onlineEach tour shows its cancellation policy before you book.
- We coordinateAfter you book, we talk to the business for you.
- Your payment, protectedWhen you pay on the website, we hold it until the service is provided. If the business cancels or the weather doesn't allow it, we refund you.
How we are funded
Using the guide costs travelers nothing extra, and no payment changes the reviews.
- A commission per bookingPaid by the business, on each booking made through the guide.
- Visibility, always labeledFeatured tours and ads carry the "Featured" or "Sponsored" label. We explain it in how we rank listings.
We are not a tour operator: we do not run the tours or the places to stay; each business provides them. We act as an intermediary for the booking and payment [platform's legal status and RNT], and we have no official connection to ISAGEN or the Government of Santander. Read the independent guide notice (in Spanish).
